White Oak’s is comprised of prime turkey habitat with contiguous properties on both sides of Conetoe Creek.  The properties consist of 60% Hardwoods, Pines, Cypress and 40% agriculture with beans, corn, peanuts, sweet potatoes and cotton.  All feeders are turned off prior to Turkey Season and not turned back on till the close of Spring Gobbler.  White Oak does its best through trapping and varmint hunting to control the predator population throughout the year.  All jakes are protected – only long beards are harvested at White Oak.
